- You will only be presented with au pairs or nannies who have been referenced and pre-screened.
- Any au pair or nanny files sent to you will exactly match your requirements.
- All recommended au pairs or nannies will have full files and checked references.
- You will not be offered applicants that are unavailable, or will have any visa issues.
- We will only put forward applicants that have already agreed to work for you.
- Your personal contact in our office for any advice you may need.
- If the need arises, free replacements for the duration of the placement.
- On request we are happy to interview any potential applicant on a one-to-one basis or video interview and prepare a report and if required a psychometric test. (at an extra cost).
